Watkins 2 Oz. Coffee Extract

A great addition to any baker's stock. I use it instead of vanilla extract in many items and it enhances the flavor greatly. I was happy to find it on Amazon because it is not something your general store carries

I made my first frozen Semifreddo dessert. I used the Watkins Coffee Extract because I knew from experience that the quality is tops. Pure not bitter.

I can't drink coffee anymore because of the caffeine or something else. Wasn't thinking that this is extract of coffee, duh! Product has coffee taste. However, I think what I need is coffee flavoring.

Used it for my chocolate espresso banana bread. What flavor it gave, can really taste it. I just started using it in my coffee snaps ( like ginger snaps, only coffee) and in my coffee ice cream. So Good!
