Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven Pro Convection Countertop Oven with Element IQ, 1800W, Stainless Steel and Breville Bamboo Cutting Board

I would recommend this product to anyone who appreciates efficiency and space. The slow cook function is a culinary game changer, taking my meals to new flavorful heights. In addition, it saves counter space - as a kitchen gear junkie, this is a massive plus for me. It's like having a little gourmet chef tucked away on the countertop. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I received the oven as a Christmas gift last year. After my first use I started getting E05 errors. For this error you need to contact their customer service department. They sent me a box to ship the unit for repairs. A few weeks later I received the repaired oven. I rarely used the oven in the last year. When I used the convection option I would receive the E05 error. This Christmas I was using it to help prepare dinner and started getting the E05 option. I'm in the process of trying to contact customer service, but it's leave a number and hopefully they'll call back in a few hours. I don't recommend buying this product as it's unreliable.

We bought this for $400.+ and from the very start, the Smart IQ never worked, the toaster browned unevenly and we just made the best of it, NOW the front burners don't work at all and we tried contacting Breville - Forget about it they first didn't respond for half a day, then called and immediately hung up. My wife tried once more, waited for 3 more hours and then they tried to sell us on some $160+ service?They are disreputable, if you got a good machine, great, but obviously they are erratic and unreliable AND the company does NOT stand by their own very expensive machines. I am cured of Breville, I recommend YOU NEVER BUY ONE and there are so many other options for far less that do as much OR MORE than this crappy machine did. BTW, it also was supposed to clean easily, from the start anything stuck to the walls and would not come off - even though it's a non-stick coating on the walls!! Just terrible in every way.

I would recommend this product, it's a magical kitchen wizard. It's easy to transfer from one place to another, like a domesticated chef genie. The only thing I'd wish upon this star would be a more friendly price tag. However, you know what they say, 'you can't put a price on perfection'.

This product is excellent, adding a stylish touch to my kitchen. It's easy to use with various functionalities. I love the oven light that highlights my dishes and the slow cook function. The bamboo cutting board is fantastic due to its natural antibacterial properties and low moisture absorption. The Element IQ technology saves counter space. Overall, it's a countertop hero!

I had this toaster oven 5 years. I would buy it again without hesitation my 845 model still works great pizza crisp crust and comes out bubbling on top you won't need other appliances like a air or a toaster because this convention toaster oven does it all. Well worth the money. I AM JUST NOW WRITING A REVIEW BECAUSE I WAS HELPING MY DAUGHTER FIND A NEW TOASTER OVEN AND I WASN'T IMPRESSED WITH OTHER BRANDS SHE BOUGHT A BREVILLE AND LOVES IT ALSO

I did a lot of research before buying this oven. The Breville was very highly recommended both by users and product review sites. I loved the product for the first year after I bought it. But yesterday, the glass door suddenly exploded into hundreds of pieces of glass. They fell everywhere: inside the oven, on the counter outside it, and on the floor. Luckily no one had their face near the oven when this happened or there could have been a major injury.The oven was not in use when this happened and we had not jostled or slammed the door. There had been no cracks or warning before it broke. There obviously is something wrong with the glass used in this product. I would not buy it again.
